Danish trio Mont Oliver had a lot to offer with their debut single, ‘19’. Falsetto bridges mixed with old school hip hop vibes made it an unusually strong debut track for the virtual unknowns. They’re back this week with their second single ‘White Sheets’ which is a definite must listen. The boys channel the Gorillaz and Passion Pit for this release and offer up impeccable production ability. Mont Oliver deliver a carefully crafted record laid out against a backdrop of complex musical elements. Here’s to hoping the boys hop over to the UK some time soon because urban based indie-pop never sounded so good.
