Happy Thursday, guys. I’ve had an incredibly busy week so not much time to blog but I just wanted to share a band I’ve been liking lately. Although I’m a fan of dark 80s revivalist stuff, I’m also known to venture onto the other side of the spectrum. Right now, I’m really digging LA based BØRNS.
BØRNS has just released an EP by the name of Candy and the music is as sweet as it sounds. His stuff is really bouncy and chorus led which is the sign of any good pop song. It kind of reminds me of a less bass-y version of Passion Pit, which is certainly not a bad thing. Every single track is really upbeat and feels really good which is definitely a plus.
