Kendrick Lamar is loving himself on his latest track ‘i’. The first track from KL’s forthcoming album, ‘i’ is a visually exciting and musically proficient first taste. Lamar’s carefree movements and brand of conscious yet lightweight rap is a welcome addition to the genre’s current climate. I, for one, can’t wait to hear KL’s sophomore effort. No word yet on a release date or title for the next LP but let’s hope fans don't have to wait too long for a follow up to 2012's hugely successful Good kid, m.A.A.d city.
