In case you missed it, 20 year old Aussie singer Wafia is offering her self-titled EP on her bandcamp. It’s free to download through the ‘name your price’ link but you’re certainly encouraged to pay what you can for it.
Wafia’s music crosses folk elements with indie sensibilities to create a sound all her own. Bon Iver meets Emily Haines, Wafia’s sound is a winner. While her EP has been out for some time, here’s to hoping for some new material for the songstress.
