I've been a fan of NPR's Tiny Desk concert series for a while now. I've seen some really great acts come through NPR's offices. That being said, Hozier's recent performance at NPR has to be my favourite in the whole series. His voice is rich, soulful, and seems to be made for the unconventional location. I wasn't a Hozier fan before but I'm definitely one now.
