Internet things.

So, I spend a lot of time of the internet. I suppose I want to start off this racket with 5 things from the internet that I've consumed and enjoyed recently.

5. Observer Drift//Warm Waves
Observer Drift is the work of Minneapolis based musician Collin Ward. It's reminiscent of that ethereal beachy sound we've heard so much of lately. This, however, is refreshing and melancholy in a way that is dynamic and wonderful. Think The Drums meets ABADABAD meets Cut Copy meets The Weeknd.


4.HBO's new drama "The Newsroom"
HBO is straight killing it lately.With the exception of that terrible show 'Girls', HBO has been producing stuff that has been making me froth at the mouth from excitement (see: Game of Thrones). Aaron Sorkin's new project 'The Newsroom' is no exception. This may just be the Journalism major in me getting way too excited about this, but I'm betting this is going be one of the better shows to look out for this season. 'The Newsroom' premiers Sunday June 24th on HBO.



3.Mad Men
I used to be one of those people who, when people would suggest I watch Mad Men, would casually say, "it's not really my style." Apparently, amazing television wasn't really my style. All I can say is that, if you're not watching Mad Men, you're doing it wrong. I started from season 1 about a week ago and now it consumes me.

2.All of the RAC mixes
I have been bumping these remixes all week. RAC takes on artists from Lana Del Rey to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The Pipettes. Have a listen!
